Description
This project investigates the pervasive issue of stress, analyzing its primary causes and significant impact on individuals, with a specific focus on students. Identifying academic, social, and financial pressures as key stressors for students, the case study explores self-reported stress levels and coping mechanisms. By combining theoretical analysis with empirical data from students, the project aims to highlight the need for practical stress management solutions. These include mindfulness, time management, healthy lifestyle promotion, and accessible psychological support within universities. The ultimate goal is to offer concrete recommendations for reducing student stress and improving well-being, fostering a healthier and more productive academic environment.
