Description
hydrophobic liquid containing volatile aroma compounds from plants. Essential oils are also known as volatile oils, essential oils, or simply the “oil” of the plant from which they were extracted. These can be used through aromatherapy, inhaling the oil particles scattered in the air by a diffuser, by applying them directly to the skin or diluting them with other oils or creams, lotions, but also used in food, and then ingested. They also have a lot of benefits, both for the health of our body and our well-being.
