The advent of technology in education has seen a revolutionary change in the teaching-learning process. The use of social networks is in an incomparable increase among students, influenced by the globalized forms of communication and the post-pandemic period of using social media platforms in different fields. Although social media has created tremendous opportunities to share ideas and emotions, the type of social support it provides may not meet students' emotional needs, or the supposed positive effects may be short-lived. Social media has become an essential element of the lives of individuals, including students, in today's world of communication.
