To highlight the link between the supply chain and consumer satisfaction, the paper includes the analysis of a questionnaire applied to cosmetic product users. It reflects perceptions regarding ingredient quality, process transparency, and manufacturing technology, essential elements through which FARMEC can meet consumer expectations through a responsible and customer-oriented supply chain.
